Aquila VPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our secure servers. The Service is designed to enhance your online privacy and security. We provide applications for various platforms including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Aquila VPN for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in or promoting illegal activities
• Distributing malware, viruses, or conducting cyber attacks
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Engaging in fraud, phishing, or identity theft
• Violating intellectual property rights or copyrights
• Harassing, threatening, or defaming others
• Attempting to probe, scan, or breach our systems or networks
• Using the Service for any activity that could harm our infrastructure or degrade service for other users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice.

5. Subscription and Payment

Aquila VPN offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Aquila VPN are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission. The Aquila VPN name and logo are our trademarks.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aquila VPN and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aquila VPN and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue using the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
